Practicing DreamBirth Pregnancy exercises consistently will enhance your pregnancy experience. By using your imaginal mind you become a partner with your body in bringing forth the healthy, happy baby you have dreamt of. The exercises are short, 1 to 3 minutes at the most, to maintain spontaneity and truth.

Some sample exercises and descriptions:

GOING INTO THE WOMB TO VISIT YOUR CHILD
Talking to your baby, reassuring him or her, visualizing perfect development.
THE CHALICE
Making you and your baby feel safe and protected, soothing and harmonizing your auric field—use it whenever you feel the need to center yourself and reconnect with your baby.
WHITE SCREEN
It is important to protect your baby from any vibrational interference. If you have to have a sonogram do this exercise.
THE CIRCLE OF LIGHT
Being pregnant makes you feel more vulnerable and protective of yourself and your baby. This is a simple effective exercise for protection.
THE BLUE VASE EXERCISE
Helps to clear out toxins and keep your body oxygenated, best done in the mornings. Do it if you are feeling exhausted or if you have anemia—it shouldn’t take longer than 3 minutes.
